With more than 15 years of experience at the intersection of strategic management, organizational architecture, and financial management, he focuses entirely on the professional application of AI governance. As co-founder of The Wise Sailor, he trains, guides, and mentors executives, managers, and professionals through the complex world of AI transformation.

Terry combines this extensive practical experience with a solid academic and managerial foundation. He holds an Executive Master in Finance & Control (EMFC / Chartered Controller) and a Master of Science (MSc) in Organizational Design & Development. He is also a Lean Black Belt Practitioner and a PECB certified ISO/IEC 42001 expert.
